2020.12.01 A paper on joint research on anti-influenza virus activity of Kala Harris squid
with Mukogawa Women's University was published in the international academic journal "Food Science and Nutrition".
On November 27, 2020, a paper reporting that Kala Harris squid inhibits the invasion and proliferation of influenza virus was published in the international academic journal "Food Science and Nutrition".
In this paper, we report that Kala Harris squid juice suppresses viral growth in cell-based tests and improves the survival rate of influenza virus-infected mice in biological tests, and their effects are viral. It is suggested that this is caused by the invasion of influenza into infected cells and the inhibition of the late stages of viral replication in the cells after infection.We will continue to work on research and development with the aim of clarifying the effectiveness of ingesting Kalahari watermelon juice.

Joint research presentation with Toyo University received "42nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Clinical Nutrition, Young Scientist Award"
In a joint research with Assistant Professor Takamasa Yoshida of Toyo University, we confirmed the research results suggesting that continuous intake of Euglena deepens sleep, and released the news on October 21st.
The results of this research were announced at the "42nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Clinical Nutrition" * 1 held from October 19th to November 1st, 2020, and were selected and examined by the selection committee. Received the "Award". The Japanese Society of Clinical Nutrition is an academic society established with the aim of developing clinical nutrition that contributes to the prevention and treatment of all diseases from the embryonic period to the elderly.
